Incredibly beautiful and absolutely amazing property with a delicious breakfast. Immaculate, big size rooms overlooking courtyard. A wide range of supplies in the room: central heating, a personal safe, and a fridge. Perfect 10/10 experience there.

Incredibly beautiful and absolutely amazing hotel. the idea of having a suite was great. - the location was unbeatable, very close to tourist places. - Overlooking the courtyard. - It was just next door to arches as well as a good restaurant. Amazing Staff: The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. One evening, I was looking for a nearby restaurant and the receptionist gave me detailed directions that were better than any GPS. It felt like having a personal guide!

Lack of Vegetarian Options: While the restaurant in the hotel had delicious food, they didn't have many vegetarian options. It would have been great to see more variety for non-meat eaters.

We definitely got great value for our money with the comfortable and beautiful room at this Riad. The location was a bit tricky to find, but the staff went above and beyond to guide us through the maze of the Medina. They treated us like royalty!

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Spent my Xmas at this extraordinary palace and it was an amazing experience! the quality standards were top-notch, from the decor to the service. I was impressed by the attention to detail, especially the exquisite wood carvings that adorned the walls and ceilings. the location was perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, yet away from the tourist parts. the view from the terrace was breathtaking!

Although the food was of great quality, the prices were steep and not very clear. the lack of natural light in the room was a minor discomfort, but the cozy atmosphere made up for it.

We had an unforgettable experience staying at this beautifully restored riad. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and safe. Our room was spacious and gorgeously decorated with traditional Moroccan furniture. the breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, close to a family-run restaurant that served delicious food, which we visited every day for dinner. the staff was always willing to assist us with organizing tours and providing us with a Moroccan mobile phone.

The lighting on the street outside the riad could have been better.

The decor of the hotel was admirable, with great attention to detail. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing us with a map and helpful tips to explore the area. The proximity to local restaurants and markets was a definite plus, with easy access to local attractions.

Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. The public parking was a distance from the hotel, which meant we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage.

Our stay at Riad Al Fassia Palace was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The Riad is stunningly decorated and the spacious rooms are a true luxury. It's conveniently located in the heart of the Medina, yet surprisingly quiet.
