Amazing Staff: The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. One evening, I was looking for a nearby restaurant and the receptionist gave me detailed directions that were better than any GPS. It felt like having a personal guide!
Lack of Vegetarian Options: While the restaurant in the hotel had delicious food, they didn't have many vegetarian options. It would have been great to see more variety for non-meat eaters.

We definitely got great value for our money with the comfortable and beautiful room at this Riad. The location was a bit tricky to find, but the staff went above and beyond to guide us through the maze of the Medina. They treated us like royalty!
The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Spent my Xmas at this extraordinary palace and it was an amazing experience! the quality standards were top-notch, from the decor to the service. I was impressed by the attention to detail, especially the exquisite wood carvings that adorned the walls and ceilings. the location was perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, yet away from the tourist parts. the view from the terrace was breathtaking!
Although the food was of great quality, the prices were steep and not very clear. the lack of natural light in the room was a minor discomfort, but the cozy atmosphere made up for it.

Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. The public parking was a distance from the hotel, which meant we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage.
